Arkham Horror: The Card Game Tutorial
Arkham Horror: The Card Game is a cooperative Living Card Game ® set amid a backdrop of Lovecraftian horror. As the Ancient Ones seek entry to our world, one to two investigators (or up to four with two Core Sets) work to unravel arcane mysteries and conspiracies.
Their efforts determine not only the course of your game, but carry forward throughout whole campaigns, challenging them to overcome their personal demons even as Arkham Horror: The Card Game blurs the distinction between the card game and roleplaying experiences.

Yo, this the guy from Stanley Parable?
ok i finished the tutorial video, well… i still dont understand 🤣🙏🏻. so complicated card game ever.
6:15 That's clearly rigged.
Film yang horor kan
If I knew about this video before I played my first game, I would have saved a few friendships…
When an enemy attacks the investigator during enemy phase. Can you play event cards for escape oder something?
Does using actions on cards consume action points from the investigator?
Is that all I have to do to set the game up? LOL, what a freaking nightmare.
Does this Video also exists in German language?
Is it weird if I listen to this video while trying to sleep?
This video sold me 10/10, I knew I'd end up playing the moment I saw it, and I did and I love the game.
Excellent tutorial. Thank you!!
Please make video game adaptions of all your board games, I'll buy everyone of them!
14:02 Why is Roland taking this ennemy if the card states "lowest remaining health" ? Wendy has less health than Roland right?
Still dont understand 18:00 Why does the enemy interupt? Roland didnt finish his 3. action?
Why was wendy able to play the elusive card if it says "play only during your turn"?
Me: Watching this video to learn how to play
Also me: Taking one horror every topic change
If I’m playing this in 2021 are the rules still the same or are there FAQs I need to print out and consider?
Has arkham horror the card game got the some rules as call of cthulhu the card game?
Just picked this up at my local game store. Can't wait to play.
i just want to learn to play this game to impress this guy i'm talking to lol… wish me luck!
14:09 somebody pls tell me how roland has the lower health and not wendy?
Wendy straight up sacrificed her cat 🙁
Really Good! Thank you for making This!
Is this the Stanley parable guy?
Me, for 95% of the video: something's wrong. somethings not right. something's off.
Me, in the last 5%: THE NARRATOR SHOULD BE TELLING A PARABLE ABOUT STANLEY.
Why are bags not included in the box?
This fantastic tutorial looks like the perfect blue print for a top notch digital version of the game. 10/10. Would buy!
And while we're at, sign the same narrator for the final game.
Ø555Ø
I don't understand. Roland drew Ravenous Ghoul card.
But Ravenous Ghoul prey lowest remaining health. So it should be Wendy.
Who is the narrator for the video? I would love to know if he does other voice work like audio books.
Is this still a good video to learn from for new players? Decided to get into this LCG
I did not expect this level of production quality wow
How is this game with Solo play?
After watching the video, Stanley decided to purchase a copy of the game.
What the hell never seen this much work for a board game video kudos to the creator👍👌💐
Would the cat add another agility to Wendy in that encounter?
Stanley took the right turn and fought the Byakhee in the staff lounge.
I know how to play most of these FFG games, but I come back to rewatch these tutorial videos anyway because they are so amazing
The way the Chaos Bag and all works is nearly easily replaced with a d20 with some faces changed…
incredibly useful. i went from being a bit scared to try the game to feeling very confident about it.
Roland had 6 combat but only did 2 damage?
Well, played my first game today, solo so I could get a handle on the rules. Forgot all about Roland's character card actions, didn't use asset cards properly, kept generating ghoul encounters, and got eaten when the agenda completely advanced past stage 3.
Still, it was a learning experience. Everybody always botches the hell out of their first go at a new tabletop game. Thanks to this tutorial I've got a much better handle on the rules than I did before.
So excited to get my copy of the revised core game!!
Is there a better way to see if a card is “exhausted”? Seems tipping it sideways is only clear if all cards are upright, but the play area is a mess in this example. Do people have other methods to make it more clear? a token?
Also the Prey on the ravenous ghoul was interpreted incorrectly. Pray happens only if there is a choice for the monster, but if you draw a monster from encounter deck it automatically engages with you.
quote: "W hen an enemy card is drawn by an investigator, that investigator must spawn it following any spawn direction the card bears. If the encountered enemy has no spawn direction, the enemy spawns engaged with the investigator encountering the card and is placed in that investigator’s threat area."
Wow, Wendy really just sacrificed her cat like that
where can we purchase that back drop ? So cool!
Awesome video but I'm still lost. Mind you, it's still in the box but Jesus it's a lot to account for. I hope everything is somewhat organized preplay
Great video I've just bought the game
That's how every gameboard tutorial should be !! Giving the mechanics with the lore of the game.
C'est ce qu'on attend de toutes les vidéos de tutoriel pour tous les jeux de plateaux. Donner les mécanique du jeu dans le thème de celui-ci.
