What do i do if i dont have a pokemon card to evolve my active pokemon into?
Someone please tell me if this is correct. If you don't have a basic, you have to re-shuffle and draw again. Plus your opponent gets an extra card taking their total card count to 61????

Really new to Pokemon tcg and I have a question about evolving a pokemon. say I have a basic charmander from sword and shield rebel clash, could I evolve it to a stage 1 chameleon from darkness ablaze? Also could I use a basic pokemon from say sun &moon and evolve it to a stage 1 sword & shield?

This is more complicated than YGO.
I know you can win if your opponent can’t draw, and every time you reshuffle your hand in the deck to search for a basic Pokémon so you can put on the field he draws a card if you build a deck with no Pokémon can you use this deck in tournament as a manipulation to make your opponent not draw???
